This guide explains how to create a Xendit account and prepare for migrating services from GB Prime. Follow the steps below to set up your account and contact our Support team if you need any assistance.
Critical Migration Deadline: 31 January 2027 (GB Prime Pay services and dashboard access will be permanently decommissioned)
Before you begin
Before initiating your technical migration, complete the following preparation tasks:
Export Historical Data: Download all transaction histories, settlement records, and accounting reports directly from your GB Prime dashboard. Historical data will not automatically transfer to Xendit and will be inaccessible after 31 January 2027.
Audit Your Current Setup: List all payment channels you currently offer, static Payment Links, and active Webhook URLs (if using API integrations).
Explore Sandbox Mode: You can register for a Xendit account immediately to explore the test environment (Sandbox) and test dashboard features before submitting formal verification documents.
Step to create your Xendit account
1. Register Your Account: Sign up on the Xendit Dashboard using your registered business email.
Please note that we only support registered businesses. We do not support individual merchants who do not have a registered business.
2. Submit Verification Documents (KYC): Navigate to Verification on your dashboard and upload the required business compliance documents:
Thailand Business Registration Document (All pages)
List of Shareholders / BOJ5 or BOJ2 (All pages)
Copy of Authorized Director’s ID Card
Business License or Operating Permit (If applicable)
Company Logo
Notes:All documents must be signed by the authorized director(s) and stamped with the company seal, in accordance with the signing conditions stated in the business registration document.
All copies must be issued within the last 3 months from the submission date.
The company must be registered as a legal entity.
Core Approval Timeline: Initial core account verification typically takes up to 14 working days after complete document submission.
Important Payment Channel Lead Times:
Core account approval does not automatically enable all payment channels. The following payment methods require separate approval requests after core account verification and involve an additional 2–6 weeks bank approval period:
Credit & Debit Cards
WeChat Pay
LINE Pay
(We strongly recommend requesting activation for these channels immediately after your main account is verified).
After Submission
Check Your Inbox: Look for verification steps or further requests for documentation.
Monitor Status: Monitor the email you used to register for status updates and next steps.
