My account is Suspended / Blocked, How can I Withdraw my Current Balance? – Xendit Help Center

If your account has been suspended, you can withdraw your current balance by providing the following transaction details as our reference to investigate further:

For Indonesia:

Buyer name
Address
Phone Number
Delivery Proof (Delivery receipt and number)
Transaction Proof
Communication Proof

Please be informed that the withdrawal can only be done to the registered Bank Account under PIC/Owner's name stated in KTP/NPWP/ID Card. The withdrawal will be processed 7 working days after the account was suspended.

For Philippines:

This depends on the reason for suspension. In case you have on-going case, you may reach out to your account manager or send a request email to help@xendit.co and help@xendit.ph with your account information to inquire or request regarding this.
