If your account has been suspended, you can withdraw your current balance by providing the following transaction details as our reference to investigate further:
For Indonesia:
- Buyer name
- Address
- Phone Number
- Delivery Proof (Delivery receipt and number)
- Transaction Proof
- Communication Proof
Please be informed that the withdrawal can only be done to the registered Bank Account under PIC/Owner's name stated in KTP/NPWP/ID Card. The withdrawal will be processed 7 working days after the account was suspended.
For Philippines:
- This depends on the reason for suspension. In case you have on-going case, you may reach out to your account manager or send a request email to help@xendit.co and help@xendit.ph with your account information to inquire or request regarding this.
