No, you are not obliged to activate 3DS for all transactions. You can request to make it as optional after a thorough risk assessment from our side.

Important note: Currently 3DS optional feature is only applicable for transactions in PHP. If you would like to accept transactions in USD, then 3DS is mandatory.
