These adjustments will allow us to continuously refine and upgrade our XenPlatform infrastructure, enhance our security protocols, and deliver greater value through an expanded suite of tools designed to power your business growth.

Do I need to take any action regarding the new pricing?

No action is required. The new rates will be automatically applied to your account, on a net settlement basis, on the specified effective dates and you will see them reflected in your next billing cycle.

Where can I see my current pricing?

You can view a detailed breakdown of your fees directly through your Billing page on the Xendit Dashboard once they have been billed to your account. You may also refer to our latest pricing page for further details.

How will these changes appear on my billing statement?

All new fees will be automatically applied to your account on their respective effective dates and will be reflected in your next billing cycle. You can view a detailed breakdown of all charges directly through your Billing page on the Xendit Dashboard.

What if I do not agree with the updated pricing?

XenPlatform Pricing Questions

Does the one-time platform setup fee apply for every market that we set up an account in?

No, this is a one off fee that will only apply to your master account. There will be no additional setup fees when you set up multiple sub-accounts in various markets under the same master account. This will only be charged once upon your initial XenPlatform set up.

I am an existing merchant using XenPlatform for my business. Does the one-time platform setup fee apply for my account?

All existing merchants who are already using XenPlatform will receive a waiver on the one-time platform set up fee if you are using the latest version of XenPlatform before February 1, 2027.

Can I remain on the existing XenPlatform version that my business is using?

Existing merchants who continue using any legacy versions of XenPlatform from February 1, 2027 will be subjected to the above one-time platform set up fee.

Does the one-time onboarding KYC/KYB fee only apply for successful KYC applications?

No, this fee applies on all KYC/ KYB attempts done by Xendit for all new sub-accounts that are onboarding, regardless of the result. The USD 15 fee will be applied to both successful and failed onboarding attempts.

Does the one-time onboarding KYC/KYB fee apply for subsequent KYC Re-verification?

No, this is a one off fee that will only be applied on the first KYC/KYB attempt to set up and onboard the new sub-account. Any subsequent re-verification requested by Xendit according to the regulatory requirements will not be subjected to this one-time onboarding KYC/KYB fee.

Will the monthly platform fee be applied multiple times for every market that we set up a sub-account in?

No, this is a recurring fee that will only apply to your master account. Regardless of the number of sub-accounts and which markets they are set up in, the platform fee will only be charged once per master account for your usage of XenPlatform.

Will I be charged a monthly active sub-account fee for all my sub-accounts?

The monthly active sub-account fee is a recurring fee that will apply to all active sub-accounts with at least one transaction attempt in the invoice month. If there are no transaction attempts in that sub-account in the invoice month, the sub-account will not be subjected to the USD 5 charge.

When will the master-sub cross-jurisdiction fee be applied to my Account?

This is a short term recurring fee that applies when the master account is in the process of setting up a local entity where a new sub-account is set up, valid only for the first 12 transacting months. There will be an additional 1.5% charge on the total transaction volume of the sub-account in each invoice month. After the first 12 transacting months, the merchant is expected to have completed all administrative processes required to have a local entity where the sub-account was created. If the merchant fails to obtain a local entity for the sub-account after the 12 month period, the sub-account will be terminated.

What are the XenPlatform fees in local currencies?
