Yes. EzBeli merchants will still be able to access the Payex Dashboard after Payex services are terminated. The dashboard will remain available for settlement-related purposes only and for EzBeli services that use Payex, mainly to check settlement status and view relevant reports.
Can I continue using both dashboards for a while?
Yes. You can use the Payex Dashboard while setting up your Xendit account. After Payex payment services are terminated, the Payex Dashboard will remain available only for settlement-related purposes and EzBeli services that use Payex.
Will there be any further development or enhancements to the Payex Dashboard?
No. After Payex payment services are terminated, there will be no further development, enhancements, or improvements to the Payex Dashboard.
Will I be notified officially before Payex payment services are deactivated?
Payex payment services will be terminated on 31 December 2026. The Payex Dashboard will remain available after that date for the limited purposes described in this guide.
Why should I migrate to the new dashboard?
Migrating to Xendit gives your business access to tools designed to support higher payment success rates, security, seamless performance, additional payment options, and continuous enhancements.
Am I able to migrate to the Xendit dashboard as an individual instead of a business entity?
No. Merchants who onboard to a Xendit account in Malaysia are required to be registered business entities. During KYC submission, you will need to provide an SSM Certificate of Incorporation or Business Registration Certificate. For more information, refer to the Malaysia onboarding requirements.
Data, History & Continuity
If I agree to migrate, which dashboard will I use while the migration is in progress?
The Payex Dashboard will remain available for regular use while your Xendit account is being set up. Once your Xendit account is ready, you can use it alongside the Payex Dashboard until Payex payment services are terminated.
Once I have migrated to Xendit, will I still have access to my Payex Dashboard for future audit or reporting purposes?
Yes. The Payex Dashboard will remain available for settlement-related purposes, including checking settlement status and viewing relevant reports.
Will all my existing data, such as transaction history and settlement records, be available in the new dashboard?
No. Historical data from Payex will not be transferred to Xendit. The Payex Dashboard will remain available for reviewing relevant historical and settlement information.
Will I lose any existing data after the migration?
Your existing Payex data will remain available on the Payex Dashboard for the settlement-related purposes described above. It will not be transferred to the Xendit Dashboard.
Do I need to update my payment links, QR codes, or checkout URLs if I migrate to Xendit?
Yes. Generate new payment links, QR codes, or checkout URLs from the Xendit Dashboard and share them with your customers. Links or transactions created in the Payex Dashboard will not appear in Xendit.
Do I need to reconfigure my Payex settings in Xendit, or will they be synced?
You will need to reconfigure your settings, including bank withdrawal setup and team member access, in Xendit.
As I am currently under the Payex referral program, will this migration affect my new signup submission and existing commission?
Xendit does not currently offer a referral program.
Access & User Management
Will I need to set up a new account, or can I use my existing login credentials?
You need to set up a new Xendit account. You can use your existing email address to create the account.
Will my team members' access carry over, or do I need to re-invite them?
Team member access will not be transferred automatically. The account holder will need to re-invite team members in the Xendit Dashboard. Refer to the user guide for instructions.
Can I set different roles and permissions for staff on the new dashboard?
Yes. The Xendit Dashboard allows you to assign specific roles and permissions to team members.
Can I manage multiple stores or entities from the same Xendit Dashboard?
