There are two categories for VA Aggregator activation, they are:
1. Direct activation
a. Invoice VA/Non FVA - Instant Activation
b. FVA Activation - Instant Activation
2. Requires Bank Verification
1. a. Invoice VA/Non FVA - Instant Activation
Instant activation means you can activate VA through the dashboard and use VA after your account activated (live mode). Beside that, the settlement also instant which is D + 0 to your Xendit dashboard after payment is made.
List of Bank can be activated instantly through dashboard, they are:
- Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI)
- Bank Central Asia (BCA)
- Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI)
- Bank Mandiri
- Bank Permata
- Bank Sahabat Sampoerna (BSS)
- Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI)
- Bank Jawa Barat (BJB)
Here are the steps to enable the instant aggregator model:
- Register for a Xendit account at here and follow our KYC instructions.
- Simulate the creation and payment of a Virtual Account in test mode. Please visit following page for more details.
- Make sure you have enabled the Virtual Account payment method at here In the same section, you can also see the range of Virtual Account numbers provided for Fixed Virtual Accounts and Non-Fixed Virtual Accounts (Virtual Account xenInvoice). Please activate the bank you want, click the "Activate" button.
- Congratulations! You already have a range of Virtual Account numbers !. Xendit offers 999,999 Virtual Account numbers to new customers to start with.
1. b. Aggregator - FVA Activation
Here are the steps to enable FVA for your account:
- Register for a Xendit account at here and follow our KYC instructions.
- Simulate the creation and payment of a Virtual Account in test mode. Please visit following page for more details.
- You can activate FVA on your dashboard by generate the FVA button first on following steps:
- Go to Dashboard
- Go to Add payment method
- Go to particular Bank Partner
- Click Details
- Click on Fixed VA
- Click

Now you can continue to activate the FVA for particular Bank Partner you wants to activate only through Dashboard or Instant Activation.
Note:
The settlement is also instant as non FVA which is D + 0 to your Xendit dashboard after payment is made.
2. Aggregator - Need Bank Verification for Activation
This means Bank requires further processing after you click "Activate" on the dashboard to verify your data before you can use the this VA as payment method. The bank that needs this verification is BCA VA.
Here are the steps to enable the BCA VA:
- Register for a Xendit account at here and follow our KYC instructions.
- Simulate the creation and payment of a Virtual Account in test mode. Please visit following page for more details.
- Make sure you are registered as a business entity (PT/CV/Yayasan)
- On your dashboard, go to tab "payment methods" tab choose "Virtual Accounts" and click "activate"

- You must meet the following requirements before starting the BCA VA activation process:

Your business needs to have a BCA bank account

Your business’s BCA bank account name must be aligned with the entity name in your Akta (Other names are not accepted)

Your business must have a live website (Live means it is ready to be used for transactions. Also, social media and marketplace are not accepted)

Your business model has to be B2B or B2C, not marketplace or B2B2C

- You must meet the following requirements before starting the BCA VA activation process:

- If you have the requirements above, click "start now" and complete the form on the next page
- Within 5 working days, we email you a completed BCA application form to sign & send back to us
- After we received your email, we will send the signed form to BCA, who will call you to confirm details in about 14 working days
- When BCA approves, we will contact you to complete testing and activation
Note:
- Users who have previously activated Fixed Virtual Account in live mode will get a new range of Virtual Account numbers after clicking “Activate” however, the virtual account number ranges in test mode will remain active.
