If you notice that your Auto Withdrawal (AWD) report is empty, it may be due to the following reasons:
- This is your first Auto Withdrawal on the Dashboard.
What to do next?
- Check if there have been any previous Auto Withdrawals. If this is your first AWD, then it is expected behavior.
- Understand that the first Auto Withdrawal is hidden due to limitations in determining the transaction timestamp. This limitation means that it could include all transactions created long ago.
- For the first Auto Withdrawal report, you can export the balance report yourself, starting from your first transactions up to the day before your AWD occurs at the end of the day (EOD).
