If you cannot find eWallet transactions on your Xendit Account or Dashboard even though your Customer has successfully paid, kindly check these points first:
1. If you wanted to check a transaction, you can go to your merchant dashboard and go to Accept Payments > eWallets.
2. Ensure that you have inputted eWallet transaction identifiers (Reference ID, Charge Request ID, Partner Receipt ID) correctly in search bar of Xendit Account:
3. Search in Transactions Tab an/or Balance Tab in Pending section.
If you have done those 3 points above and transactions still cannot be found, kindly reach us in help@xendit.ph providing a mandatory correct payment proof. The correct payment proofs we can approve for further checking can be checked here.
