If you find your QR Transaction is still on Pending or Transaction Tab, kindly ensure that you have checked Settlement date.

QR Transaction needs T+2 business days to be received in your Xendit Account.

Example:
1. Transaction is successfully paid on March 11, Friday; thus the fund will be received on March 16, Wednesday since Settlement doesn't work on Weekend (Saturday - Sunday). It will be processed during business day: Monday-Tuesday.

2. Transaction is successfully paid on March 21, Monday; thus the fund will be received on March 24, Thursday

If your transaction is still pending after T+2, kindly reach us in help@xendit.co with providing transaction details such as reference, date of transaction and screenshot showing transaction is still pending.
