Q: Why my application was rejected? What to do next?
A: There are various reasons why the account was not passed our review process. Most of the rejected application is due to submitting invalid documents.

Suggestion - Next steps: You can re-submit by re-registering on our Mobile store apps but make sure you use a different email for the re-submission process.
Things to consider when re-submitting are as follows:
- Make sure you have contacted sales@xendit.co to find out the reason for the rejection of your application.
- When making a re-submission, make sure that information that was previously inappropriate or does not meet the criteria is available and has been corrected.
