Some of the rejected applications are due to submitting invalid documents, ineligible businesses, or inaccessible websites. Suggestion - Next steps: You can re-register for a Xendit account using a different email and follow the registration process from the start. If you want to re-register using the same e-mail, please ask for your account deletion first to our Customer Support at help@xendit.co (for ID merchant) or help@xendit.ph (for PH merchant)

- Please be informed that there is no guarantee your account will be activated, but we recommend you ensure your website/application is complete and ready to accommodate transactions.
- Do thorough checking and ensure all registration documents and information is correct, complete, and appropriate.
