Q: How to change the order status manually from the App?
A: There are two types of payment methods on Xendit Business Apps, that is using Xendit Payment Link and Manual Payment (Transfer Bank). Both have different settings for changing the order status with details below:
If the payment method is Xendit Payment Link
- Fields would be uneditable. This is to avoid unexpected changes to the invoice team
If the payment method is Manual Payment
- All fields would be editable
- Payment method would only be editable if the order status is unpaid
To change your payment status on Manual Payment, please follow the below steps
- Open/click the order that you want to change the order status
- Go scroll down to the bottom of the page, you will see three dots on the left of the screen
- Click three dots and the menu of change order status will appear
