If your Auto-Withdrawal fails:
- It will automatically be included in the next scheduled Auto-Withdrawal, and all funds from the failed attempt will be combined with the next cycle.
- You can check the failure reason by navigating to:
Dashboard > Settings > AutoWithdrawal > Hover over the (!) icon.

Example: Daily Withdrawal Settings
- 1 May: Auto-Withdrawal failed
- 2 May: The funds from 1 May will be combined with 2 May’s Auto-Withdrawal
- You can view the combined total by downloading the Auto-Withdrawal report for 2 May
- Filter the "Transaction Type" column
- Select "Withdrawal" to view only the withdrawal records, including the failed amount from 1 May
- Important Note:
- If you urgently need the funds, we currently cannot re-trigger a failed Auto-Withdrawal.
- We recommend using Manual Withdrawal for immediate access to your funds if your Auto-Withdrawal failed.
