To check the Cards Payment status, you can directly hover to your Credit/Debit Cards tab on your Xendit Dashboard, and click the Transactions sub tab.
In here, you will be offered to 6 tab categories which are Charges, Tokens, 3DSecure, Authorizations, Refunds, and Settlements
Each tab represents the current stages of the Cards Payment which are:
| Stages | Description |
| Charge | Payment has been completed and you have received the funds on your balance tab |
| Token | Payment only created as tokenization step, meaning only your customer's cards details are stored, and not yet charged |
| 3DSecure | Payment is still ongoing the 3DS step, and customer has not yet inputted the OTP they received from bank |
| Authorization | Payment still waiting for bank's authorization before it is charged to your account |
| Refund | Lists all refunded payment |
| Settlement | Lists all payment that has been paid but not yet settled to your account |
To start searching, click on the option with which information you would like to search the transaction with as seen below, and click enter:
