Q: How can I activate more payment methods?
A: To activate more payment methods, you can follow the below steps:
- Open your Xendit Business Apps then go to account and click activate payment channel.
- The apps will direct you to open your xendit dashboard in a web-based environment.
- Input your Xendit registered email and password to log in
- Through this interface, you can activate other payment methods we provide such as e-wallet, retail outlet, QRIS, and other channels based on your business preference
- Click Activated on the payment channel you want to activate.
- After this process, you will be asked to provide some data/information to be filled in.
- After process submission is done, please wait for the SLA activation of each payment channel.
