If you encounter the error "Unable to fetch customer details" when creating a plan, please check the customer type selected during customer creation. This error occurs if the customer is set as BUSINESS, as we only support customers with the INDIVIDUAL type.

To resolve this, update the customer object to INDIVIDUAL and try again.
