To delete a bank account from your Xendit dashboard, follow these steps:
- Navigate to Dashboard > Settings > Bank Account.
- Click the Trash icon next to the bank account you wish to delete.
Please note the following:
- The bank account you want to delete must not have an active auto withdrawal.
- If the bank account is used for auto withdrawal and currently active, you will encounter a failure error.
If the bank account you wish to deleted are still chosen as active auto withdrawals destination:
- Click on the Configure
- Change to another bank account on your bank account list and Save
- After that you can proceed to delete the bank account again
- If you encounter issues when trying to delete the bank account, ensure that:
- There are no active auto withdrawals linked to that bank account.
- If you continue to receive errors, please check with support for further assistance.
