To delete a bank account from your Xendit dashboard, follow these steps:
- Navigate to Dashboard > Settings > Bank Account.
- Click the Trash icon next to the bank account you wish to delete.
Please note the following:
- The bank account you want to delete must not have an active auto withdrawal.
- If the bank account is used for auto withdrawal and currently active, you will encounter a failure error.
If the bank account still has active auto withdrawals:
- Click on the three dots next to the bank account.
- Select Delete and then proceed to delete the bank account using the steps mentioned above.
- If you encounter issues when trying to delete the bank account, ensure that:
- There are no active auto withdrawals linked to that bank account.
- If you continue to receive errors, please check with support for further assistance.
