8. Ministry of Justice Decree (SK Menkeh for Akta Perubahan Terakhir)
9. Memorandum of Association/ Articles of Association (AD/ART)
10. Board of Directors ID Card (KTP)
11. Business License (NIB/SIUP/TDP)
12. Other Business License (if applicable)

For Philippines Business

For Thailand Business

1. Company's / limited partnership's certificate (issued not over 6 months)
2. List of shareholdes (BOJ 5)(issued not over 6 months)
3. Names of the ultimate beneficial owners with a shareholding of 25% or mone (if applicable)
4. Business operation license according to the type of business
5. Full name of authorized signatory and email address
6. Authorized signatory's passport or ID card
7. Company's bank account book
8. Company address
9. Company logo (if applicable)

Notes: All copies of documents must be certifiend as true copies by the authorized signatory / managing director and/or bear the company seal. And all copies of documents must be dated withing the last 6 months.
