Q: Can I ask for a Xendit virtual account refund on the transaction that has been paid by the end-user/customer?
A: We sincerely apologize, all of the transactions that have been paid by the end-customer cannot be refunded from Xendit Side. You would need to reach out the merchant directly for any refund request.
Reason: Payment gateway flow is to process any incoming/outgoing payments that previously requested by the merchant. All transactions happened are under the request/consent of the payer/merchant, thus confirmation/request of refund need to be addressed directly to the merchant.
