All of the virtual account transactions that have been paid by the end-customer cannot be refunded from Xendit Side/ System.
- Reason: Payment gateway flow is to process any incoming/outgoing payments that previously requested by the merchant.
- All transactions happened are under the request/consent of the payer/merchant, thus confirmation/request of refund need to be addressed directly to the merchant.
In other way, to proceed any refund request from your end customer. We can also suggest you to use our Disbursement or Batch Disbursement services to send out money back to the customer following on the refund agreement.
