After your Xendit account is Live, some of the payment channels will be automatically activated in your account. Although, some of the payment channels need a self-serve activation or requested to Xendit.
When you want to activate payment channels for your business, generally we will require additional steps such as:

Click the 'Activate' button in the menu Payment Methods in your Xendit dashboard

Fill in the activation form

Submit additional documents that you need to fulfill. Once the documents are completed, our team will validate them and send your request to the related partner.
Note: each payment channel might have different activation steps. Please check on your Xendit dashboard > menu Payment Methods, and if there isn't an activation button then contact our support team for further help.

Activation Process
Xendit requires to send the activation request to the third parties, depend, and depending on the payment integration that you are requesting, it will require some time for all parties to register and approve your activation.
There may be some steps/stages for this.
- First, you need to activate your account from the Xendit dashboard and submit the necessary documents that we provide in the Xendit dashboard.
- After the activation is sent from the Xendit dashboard, we will state an agreed SLA for the activation process to be sent to all relevant parties as you see above.
- After the activation process, there may additional confirmation that we require from your team to complete the activation process, depending on the requirements of each product activation, which includes but are not limited to:
- A Live Website that we can review,
- Logo and brand confirmation, or
- Other supporting documents.
- Our team will send you an email for this, you may check your email inbox if to confirm if you haven't received it, and let us know if you haven't.
- The final activation process before the account activation will require you to sign an e-signature document from our team.
- Xendit currently uses hellosign.com to send e-signature requests, which will be sent to the email address of your registered PIC.

Please note that the count of SLA will start when we already received your completed and signed documents.
Once we get feedback from our partner that your activation request is granted, our team will inform you via email, and you can use the payment method right away in Live Mode!
