To activate your account, you can click “Get Started” on the left bar of your Dashboard. You just need to follow the steps by filling in all of the necessary information and submitting several documents for our internal team to validate your business. After we receive the documents (all completed, correct, & nothing left), we will validate them (do KYC) and process your activation request. The SLA for the account activation process is 7-15 days depending on the readiness of the submitted documents.
Once your account is activated or Go Live, you may proceed with the payment channel activation.
