For Philippines:
You may contact your Account Manager or send request for activation of PayLater as one of your payment channel to help@xendit.ph
For Indonesia:
- PayLater is available for Merchant with Business Entity (PT, CV, Yayasan, PMA) thus Individual Merchant cannot use this payment method until further notice
- There is an exception for 1 PayLater provider that accepts Individual Entity, namely Kredivo
- Below are the steps:
- You can contact your Account Manager or Sales Representative to activate paylater as payment method.
- If you don't know who is your Account Manager or Sales Representative, you can ask to CS: help@xendit.co (kindly be careful not to wrongly contact PH email above when you are Indonesian or Indonesian-based business); or CS can assist your activation as well.
- Complete the form that we will send to you
- We will request Kredivo to review and provide you with an update

If successful, we will contact you within 14 working days to sign the form
- When activated, we will inform you via email!
