Paylater Transaction is not an instant settlement it needs several working days to be settled in your Xendit Account (Balance Tab).

If you find your Paylater Transaction is still on Pending or Transaction Tab, kindly ensure that you have checked Settlement Status to check on the date as example below:

For Philippines:
1. Billease: Settlement will be processed in 3 business days (T+3) after transfer has been made.

For Indonesia:
1. Kredivo: Settlement will be processed in 2 business days (T+4) after transfer has been made.

2. Akulaku: Settlement will be processed in 2 business days (T+2) after transfer has been made.

3. UangMe: Settlement will be processed in 2 business days (T+2) after transfer has been made.

4. Indodana: Settlement will be processed in 2 business days (T+2) after transfer has been made.

If your transaction is still pending after the above settlement, kindly reach us in help@xendit.co (For ID transactions) and help@xendit.ph (For PH transactions) with providing transaction details such as reference id, date of transaction and screenshot showing transaction is still pending.
