- How to Add Xendit to Shopify
- In Shopify Admin, go to Settings > Payments.
- Click Add payment methods.
- Search for "Xendit" and select Xendit Payment Gateway (New) [1].
- Follow the prompts to install the Xendit app and activate the gateway [1].
- Regional Merchants: If you are a regional merchant (e.g., based in Hong Kong) wanting to accept local channels like DANA (ID), your Shopify store's default currency must be set to the local currency (e.g., IDR) [1].
- Refunds (Philippines): For PH merchants, refunds are supported for Cards (up to 365 days) and ShopeePay (up to 90 days) [6, 10]. Other channels like 7-Eleven or Bank Transfers generally do not support automated refunds through the gateway [6].
- Unlinking Shopify: To unlink, you should deactivate the Xendit Payment Gateway (New) in your Shopify Payment settings and uninstall the Xendit app from your Shopify store [1].
