Yes, you can. But, only order with card payment methods can be refunded directly.
Steps to refund order as follows:
Shopify dashboard > Click Order > Click Refund on the upper right corner > Fill in details for the refund (amount and reason) > Click Refund
Upon full or partial refunds, the payment status will change to “Refunded” when you check from Xendit dashboard > Accept Payment > Credit / Debit Cards
