Unfortunately this limitation is expected. Currently, master account is unable to check cards refund details created by their sub accounts (regardless OWNED / MANAGED) via dashboard. 

Note: If you would like to retrieve the refund receipt on behalf of your sub account, please contact our Merchant Support team.
