Merchant can now request to activate recurring MID by doing self activation through their Xendit Dashboard. Upon activation of cards payment, you will see the sample radio buttons as shown below on the sample activation form and make sure to click on YES. 

Given this, please be informed that activation of your cards same with the recurring payments can take 5-7 business days for processing and for it to be activated. Once it is, merchant can already proceed to set a recurring invoice to end-customer. You can read more information on creating recurring payment here.
