Yes, you can send invoice notifications to your customer when invoices are created, paid, notification reminders, & if expired.
Here is step by step to setting invoice notifications on your account:
- Go to setting tab > invoice > click customize invoice
- Then you have to click invoice setting > and checklist what the channel that you want to use for notification (you can checklist all channels or just chose 1 or 2 channels) > then click Save Button, like the picture below:
- Then you just need to create the invoice.
- If you are creating an invoice from the dashboard, please make sure the customer information has been filled in like name, email address, mobile number:
- If you are creating an invoice using API, please add these parameters customer with an additional key such as given_names, email, mobile number, please see detail in our documentation here and this is the sample of the request using API:
