How to set up PIN on Dashboard (for first time dashboard user)

• Navigate to the "Settings" tab.
• Select "Your Profile."
• Under the "Additional Security" section, locate and click "Set up PIN."
• Create your PIN
• Input your password or OTP for authorization.
• If the process is successful, you will receive a pop-up notification confirming that the PIN has been successfully created.

How to change PIN for merchant who remembers the PIN :

• Go to Setting Tab.
• Click Your Profile.
• In the Additional Security section, you will see the information and click the "Change PIN".

• Following that, you will be challenged to enter your 6 digit existing PIN 

• Then please enter your new 6 digit PIN
• Enter your password or OTP to authenticate the change
• If the process is successful then you will see the pop-up notification "All Set Up!" that PIN has been successfully changed/created

How to change/reset PIN for merchant who forgot their current PIN combination:

• Navigate to the "Settings" tab.
• Select "Your Profile."
• Under the "Additional Security - PIN" section, locate If you forgot your PIN, Click here to Reset your PIN
• Kindly click the click here link
• Verify yourself through OTP Email/SMS to be able to change your PIN combination
• Input the OTP code you received from Email or SMS for authorization purposes
• Once successfully verified, you will be prompted to reset and enter a new PIN

If the process is successful then you will see the pop-up notification "All Set Up!" that PIN has been successfully changed/created

How to change your password on Xendit Dashboard (for customers who remember the old password)

• Go to Settings 
• Click your Profile 
• Change Password and fill out the box with your current password and new password
• Click save to create changes

How to reset your password 

• If you can't recall your password prior to logging in, please click on the "Forgot Password" button on the login page https://dashboard.xendit.co/

• You will be directed to page where you need to enter registered email and we'll send you a link to reset your password

• You will receive email in your inbox with subject "Password reset request" with "Reset password" button instead
• Click Reset Password 
• Insert new password
• And click save
