For top-up, merchant needs to transfer funds to Xendit's UnionBank Account (refer to screenshot below for further details)
Once the transfer is complete, kindly send an email to email@example.com to request for Top Up and attach the Proof of Transfer for documentation.
If the funds have been confirmed as reflected in Xendit's account, we will proceed to do the Top-Up and will transfer funds to your Xendit Account Balance. We will then send a confirmation through your request from firstname.lastname@example.org once top-up has been done and completed. Once you have the funds, you may proceed to do the disbursements.
