For top-up, merchant needs to transfer funds to Xendit's UnionBank Account (refer to screenshot below for further details)
Once the transfer is complete, kindly send an email to help@xendit.ph to request for Top Up and attach the Proof of Transfer for documentation.
If the funds have been confirmed as reflected in Xendit's account, we will proceed to do the Top-Up and will transfer funds to your Xendit Account Balance. We will then send a confirmation through your request from help@xendit.ph once top-up has been done and completed. Once you have the funds, you may proceed to do the disbursements.
