Applies to merchants in Indonesia and Philippines:
You can refund or unblock credit card transactions on behalf of OWNED sub-account that has been created previously, by following this step:
- Login to your dashboard & go to xenPlatform tab.
- Click accounts & search the sub-accounts that you want to refund or unblock.
- Click the button "View account details and activity"
- Go to Activity Tab and Click Credit/Debit Cards then you will see the credit cards transactions that have been created by the sub-account.
Click credit card transaction details and they will be redirected to the cards detail page of the credit card transaction.
- Click the refund button and do the refund OR click the 3 dots button and unblock or allow the cards
