There are some cases that required you to migrate the normal account to be sub-account as following:
- Your partner already had a normal account because previously integrated directly with Xendit but now want to change the integration through your Platform business that also use Xendit
- Your partner mistakenly register using normal account registration link instead of using MANAGED sub-account invitation link
There are several things to note before you carry on with the migration:
- The normal account can only be migrated as MANAGED sub-account and NOT OWNED sub-account.
- MANAGED sub account is also not able to be migrated into OWNED sub account, and vice versa.
-
After this migration:
-
The Platform will have access to accept payments and disburse monies on your account balances
-
The Platform will be able to view all transactions that are made on this account in order to provide payment services to you.
-
- You can view more terms and conditions around being a Managed sub-account on our website (EN & ID).
- This migration is irreversible and the only way to separate the MANAGED sub account in the future is to delete the account altogether;
