If your account has been suspended, you can withdraw your current balance by providing the following transaction details as our reference to investigate further:
- Buyer name
- Phone Number
- Delivery Proof (Delivery receipt and number)
- Transaction Proof
- Communication Proof
Please be informed that the withdrawal can only be done to the registered Bank Account under PIC/Owner's name stated in KTP/NPWP. The withdrawal will be processed 7 working days after the account was suspended.
