If your customers complained that the merchant name stated in their billing statement is not correct (stated other merchant name instead), here are several steps you can do:
- Ask for the issuing bank name.

- If it is Revolut or Ramp, this merchant name discrepancy is somehow expected. They tend to mix up our merchants names. Then:

- You can double check whether you have received the transaction or not. If you have received it, you can reassure your customers that it was just a naming issue from the issuer side. It doesn't affect the payment itself.

- If it is not coming from Revolut or Ramp cards, then please contact our Customer Success team via email (help@xendit.co) / Live chat / WhatsApp for further investigation.
