I see Card, Ewallets & Direct Debit are activated on my Checkout Settings but why is it not available on Subscriptions Linking URL? – Xendit Guide

Payment method that you saw on checkout settings (attached) is not related with the payment method shown on Subscriptions Linking URL.

Payment method on checkout settings is a different product with Xendit Subscriptions. Checkout settings is only applicable for Payment links product.

Meanwhile the payment method shown on Xendit Subscriptions Linking URL will refer to the available autodebit payment method that you have activated.
