Our system will automatically reject any withholding tax slips that do not meet the required administrative criteria. We cannot accept withholding tax slips that combine multiple invoices, as the tax base (Dasar Pengenaan Pajak/DPP) listed on the slip will differ from the DPP stated on your tax invoice.

Therefore, we highly encourage our merchants to submit one withholding tax slip for each invoice.
For example, a withholding tax slip for July 2024 should be based on the tax invoice issued in July 2024.

Please ensure that your withholding tax slip meets the following criteria:

• The file must be in PDF format with a maximum size of 1 MB.
• The withholding tax slip must be the original document downloaded from the Direktorat Jenderal Pajak (DJP) website.
• Do not use scanned or reprinted versions of the document.
• Do not combine multiple withholding tax slips into one upload (e.g., three withholding tax slips in one PDF).
• Do not combine multiple invoices by adding up the DPP from several invoices (e.g., combining DPP from January to August 2024 invoices and submitting it as one withholding tax slip in August 2024).
