eWallet Transaction needs T+2 (Monday-Friday) or 2 working days to be settled in your Xendit Account (Balance Tab).
If you find your eWallet Transaction is still on Pending or Transaction Tab, kindly ensure that you have checked Settlement Status to check on the date as example below:

If your transaction is still pending after T+2, kindly reach us in help@xendit.co (For ID transactions) and help@xendit.ph (For PH transactions) with providing transaction details such as reference id, date of transaction and screenshot showing transaction is still pending.
