We implement a security feature on our dashboard, which one of them is We will not allow an unrecognized device accessing your Xendit dashboard. Thus, in order to be able to login to the dashboard you will need to whitelist your device.
Please check on the following steps:
- Check your mailbox email on the device that you used for login into Xendit dashboard
- Find and open the email from Xendit with subject "Got a new device? Review sign-in"
- Click "This was Me"
- Re-login into Xendit dashboard
Please note that when the email is not received, please also check on the spam/junk folder.
