We have implemented a security feature on our dashboard that blocks an unrecognized device from accessing your Xendit dashboard. In order to be able to log in to your dashboard, you will need to whitelist your device first.
The steps below will help you proceed to log into your Xendit Dashboard:
- Check the registered email on the device that you’ve previously used to log into your Xendit dashboard
- Find and open the email from Xendit with “Got a New Device? Review Sign-in” as its Subject
- Click “This was Me”
- Re-login to your Xendit dashboard
