What are the pricing for Xendit products?

Xendit does not charge registration/subscription fee, maintenance fee, termination fee, and withdrawal fee. We only charge fee per successful transaction. Here are the detailed fees per successful transaction: 

 

For Indonesia

Money-In

  • Virtual Accounts (Mandiri, BNI, BRI, Permata, BSI, BSS, BJB, CIMB) = IDR 4,000

  • Virtual Accounts (BCA - Switcher) = *BCA fee + IDR 2,000

  • Virtual Accounts (BCA - Aggregator) = IDR 4,000

  • Virtual Accounts (DBS - Switcher) = *DBS fee + IDR 5,000

  • Credit Cards (VISA, Mastercard) = 2.9% + IDR 2,000

  • Credit Cards (JCB, AMEX) = *Bank fee + IDR 2,000

  • Alfamart = IDR 5,000

  • Indomaret = IDR 5,000 - IDR 10,000 or 1.5%

  • eWallets (DANA & Astrapay) = 1.5%

  • eWallets (OVO) = 1.5% (Local Entity, Non-Digital Content Industry)

  • eWallets (OVO) = 2.73% (Local Entity, Digital Content Industry)

  • eWallets (OVO) = 2.3% (Foreign Entity, Non-Digital Content Industry)

  • eWallets (OVO) = 3.18% (Foreign Entity, Digital Content Industry)

  • eWallets (LinkAja) = 2.7% for Indonesian Gaming, Content and Digital Products Merchants

  • eWallets (LinkAja) = 3.15% for Foreign Gaming, Content and Digital Products Merchants

  • eWallets (LinkAja) = 1.5% for all other merchants

  • eWallets (JeniusPay) = 2.0%

  • eWallets (ShopeePay) = 1.8% for (Non-Digital Content Industry)

  • eWallets (ShopeePay) = 3.6% for (Digital Content Industry)

  • QR Code (QRIS) = 0.63%

  • PayLater (Kredivo) = 2.3%

  • PayLater (Akulaku) = 1.7%

  • PayLater (UangMe) = 1.8%

  • PayLater (Indodana) = 1.75%

  • PayLater (Atome) = 5%

  • Direct Debit (BRI) = 1.9%

  • Direct Debit (BCA KlikPay) = IDR 2,500 + Bank fee*

  • Direct Debit (Mandiri) = IDR 4,500

Money-Out

  • Direct Disbursements (to All Banks) = IDR 2,500

  • Direct Disbursements (to eWallets) = IDR 2,500

  • Batch Disbursements (to All Banks) = IDR 2,500

  • Batch Disbursements (to eWallets) = IDR 2,500

Note:

  • Price above excludes 11% VAT

  • Digital Content Industries for OVO include as following:
    - Gaming
    - Streaming
    - Social Media/Networking
    - Digital Cartoon
    - Digital Books

  • For switcher, the bank will give you their rate and it should be add IDR 2000 for xendit fee

For Philippines 

Money-In

  • Credit Cards:

    • VISA, Mastercard (Local Cards) = 3.2+ Php10

    • Internationally-issued Cards charged in Php = 4.2 + Php10

    • All Credit Cards charged in USD = 4% + USD1

    • Direct Debit (BPI & UnionBank) = Php 15 or 1% (whichever is higher)

  • eWallets:

    • GCash = 2.3%

    • Paymaya = 1.8%

    • GrabPay = 2.0%

  • Retail Outlets:

    • Prices above excludes 12% VAT

Money-Out

  • Direct Disbursements (to All Banks) = Php10 per transaction

  • Direct Disbursements (to eWallets) = Php10 per transaction

  • Batch Disbursements (to All Banks) = Php10 per transaction

  • Batch Disbursements (to eWallets) = Php10 per transaction

Note:

  • Prices above excludes 12% VAT

 

For Thailand

Money-In

  • Credit Cards:

    • VISA, Mastercard, JCB (Local Cards) = 3.5%

  • Bank Transfer (Promptpay)

    • Mobile Banking = 15 THB flat fee

  • Direct Debit = 15 THB flat fee

Money-Out

  • Direct Disbursements = 15 THB per transaction

  • Batch Disbursements = 15 THB per transaction

 

For Malaysia

Money-In

  • Credit Cards:
    • Local Credit Cards: 2.00%
    • Local Debit Cards: 1.20%
    • Foreign Cards: 3.00%
  • Online Banking (FPX):
    • Personal: RM 1.20
    • Corporate: RM 2.00
  • Virtual Account / Bank Transfer: 0.50% (minimum RM 0.50)
  • E-wallets:
    • Local Touch N Go / GrabPay / Shopee Pay / WeChat Pay: 1.30%
    • Foreign Touch N Go: 1.70%
    • Alipay: 1.50%
    • Alipay+: 3.00%
  • Buy-Now-Pay-Later (BNPL):
    • PayLater by Grab (Instalment): 8.00%
    • PayLater by Grab (Postpaid): 6.00%
    • SPayLater (Instalment): 1.30%
  • Payment Link: FREE
  • Subscriptions: RM 1.50 per active subscription/month + payment method fee (e.g., 2.00% for local credit cards).
  • Payment Terminal: RM 850 machine fee.
 
Money Out
  • Payouts (Batch & Automated): RM 1.50 per DuitNow Transfer.
     

For Vietnam

Money-In

  • Credit Cards:
    • Local Cards: 2.5% + ₫2,000
    • Foreign Cards: 2.7% + ₫2,000
  • E-wallets: 2.0%
  • Virtual Account: 0.5% (minimum ₫2,000)
  • Payment Link: FREE
     
Money Out
  • Payouts (Batch & Automated): ₫10,000 per transfer to bank accounts.

  • If your business operates as a non-profit organization, you will generally adhere to the listed prices.
