GrabPay & Paymaya: This should be automatically activated upon Go Live or activation of your Xendit account. However, if you have seen that this has been rejected or pending from your dashboard you can reach out to your account manager or help@xendit.ph so we can check for further details.
GCash: Kindly contact your designated Account Manager to request this channel to be activated. You may also reach out to help@xendit.ph for further queries or request for GCash activation. This may take 5-7 business days. If eWallet has not been activated after the estimated time or you have further inquiries, kindly reach out to Customer Success Team for assistance (help@xendit.ph).
