The documents which are required to register in Xendit will be different depending on your business type. When you want to activate your account through the dashboard you will need to upload your legal documents.
For a guideline, the following are the required documentation based on the business entity.
INDONESIA’S CUSTOMER
For Indonesia Entity:
Individual Business type
- Owners/Director's ID Card.
- Owners/Director's Tax ID number (optional for account activation, may be required for activating payment channels, you can find further information here)
- Selfie with ID
- BPOM/PIRT* license (for individuals selling food, cosmetics and medication)
- TDUP** license (for individuals selling entertainment/travel services)
- Others Business License according to business Activity
General Corporate Business (PT, CV, PMA)
- Owners/Director's ID Card.
- Corporate Tax ID Card.
- Business Identification Number (NIB) but can be replaced by TDP and/or SIUP.
- Deed of Latest Change (Akta Perusahaan Terbaru)
- Ministry Ratification (SK Menkeh of the submitted Akta)
- Others Business License according to business Activity
Foundation type (Educational, Health Service, Religion Activity, Social Donation)
- Owners/Director's ID Card.
- Foundation’s Tax ID Card.
- Business Identification Number (NIB) but can be replaced by TDP and/or SIUP.
- Deed of Latest Change (Akta Perusahaan Terbaru)
- Ministry Ratification (SK Menkeh of the submitted Akta)
- Foundation License (TDY).
- Others Business License according to business Activity
For Foreign Entity
- General Corporate Business
- Owner/Director's Passport
- Company’s Tax ID Card
- Corporate Registry Documentation/Business registration certificate
- Certificate of Incorporation
- Business License Document (Issued by Home Country)
PHILIPPINES’ CUSTOMER
Individual Business Type
- One (1) primary ID or Two (2) secondary IDs of the Owner
- Selfie with ID
Sole Proprietorship
- DTI Certificate of Registration
- One (1) primary ID or Two (2) secondary IDs of the Proprietor/Owners
- Optional: BIR 2303
Partnership
- SEC Certificate of Registration
- Articles of Partnership
- One (1) primary ID or Two (2) secondary IDs of the authorized representative
- Optional: BIR 2303, Notarized Secretary’s/Partnership Certificate
Corporation
- SEC Registration Certificate
- Articles of Incorporation
- One (1) primary ID or Two (2) secondary ID of the authorized representative
- Optional: Latest General Information Sheet, BIR 2303, Notarized Secretary’s Certificate
Non-Stock Corporation (NGO, NPO, Foundation)
- SEC Registration Certificate
- Articles of Incorporation
- Either one of the following:a. Income Tax Return
b. Latest Audited Financial Statements
c. Philippine Council for NGO Certification
d. SEC Mandatory Disclosure Form - One (1) primary ID or Two (2) secondary ID of the authorized representative, President, Treasurer
- Optional: Latest General Information Sheet, BIR 2303, Notarized Secretary’s Certificate
