It is because BNI & Permata is two of our partner which has a good success rate. Your customer is still able to pay the VA using ATM Bersama to pay the VA by following the guidance under the "other banks" option. 

We will use BNI as the main channel we show on "other banks" option, if you don't activate BNI, we will use Permata on "other banks" option. If you don't activate both channel, there is no "other banks" option at all.
