With this, you can provide your end users with a faster and easier way to pay in cash through our popular outlets throughout Indonesia and Philippines.

All you need to do is to register with Xendit and request activation with these channels and we will arrange it for you.

There are a few steps to set up a Retail Outlet Payment:

For Indonesia:

This following table is information for the estimated duration of activation of the Retail Outlet (RO) payment method:

*Indomaret is currently not accepting new application unless the merchant has fulfilled the known requirement

Here are the steps to activate the Retail Outlet channel for Indonesia:

1. 1. Open the menu "Payment Channels"
   2. Click on the option "Activate Payment Channels"
      
   3. Choose the available payment method for activation
      
      
   4. Required documents to submit will be available on the bottom right box and click Continue
   5. Follow the steps for activation, provide necessary documents, and click submit
      

   6. Within 5 business days, we email you a completed Alfamart application form to sign & return to us

   7. After receiving an email from you, we submit the form to Alfamart and when approved, we will inform you via email!
   8. Congratulations! You can start accepting payments from retail outlet channels.

For Philippines:

7Eleven and Cebuana Lhuillier, these should be automatically activated as payment channels once your account has been activated. If not activated, please reach out to help@xendit.ph or to your Account Manager to activate the retail outlet channel that you wish to have.
