Make sure you have followed steps of WooCommerce integration here.

You are using WordPress, WooCommerce, and PHP versions that we support:
WordPress: 4.8.3 or above
WooCommerce: 3.1.2 or above
PHP 7.0 or above
Make sure you have turned on (purple) the toggle for each payment method in Setting > Payment in your WooCommerce Admin Dashboard.
Align this settings with the activated payment method in your Xendit Dashboard.
If you sell subscription product, it's expected to see Cards as the only payment method. This is because we only support subscription payment using Cards for now.
