Xendit supports refund for Credit Card Transaction directly in your WooCommerce admin dashboard.

Please follow this step by step guide below to refund your Credit Card transaction:

• Go to your WooCommerce order in WordPress setting and select the order that you want to refund (should be the order that is paid with CC transaction from Xendit)
  
• Click on the refund button
  
  
• Input refund amount
  
  
  
• Click Refund with Xendit
  
  
  
• Click OK
  
  
  
• Within one minute or less, your order will be refunded automatically both on Xendit and your WooCommerce Order Dashboard
  
  

Regarding refund for a non Credit Card transaction, we suggest you to do it by using Disbursement feature via Xendit Dashboard.
