Yes, there are some limitations as follows:

- Minimum & maximum amount for each destination

- No approval required (Payouts processed immediately once request received). You can't have approval for disbursement created through Payout API. You can only have it on the batch disbursement feature created through the dashboard.

- No bulk creation
