This might happen due to several reasons, including downtime in the bank network. We will retry the disbursement as soon as the banks are up again. In rare cases where the bank is experiencing downtime, the bank is only able to confirm the status of the disbursement on the next working day.
You may monitor the status of the batch and the disbursements within the batch through your Dashboard. Once the disbursement has completed, our system will automatically update the status on the Dashboard.
